Build your Pilates practice on strong foundations – moving with purpose, precision, awareness, and control – using Reformer and a range of other Pilates equipment.
This class will challenge you and work every part of your body. You’ll leave feeling strong and energised for the day. Keep it up and you’ll notice the difference (and your friends might too).
Pilates Flow
Deepen your practice – explore more full body integration exercises and learn how to move with greater efficiency and ease.
The complexity is dialled up a notch but you will learn to make it look effortless and move with a quality of flow.

1:1 Private Session
Get maximum benefit with a personal programme designed just for you in this one-on-one session. We’ll work towards your specific goals, whether that’s injury recovery, improving your overall health, or getting that extra edge for your athletic performance.
If you’re brand new to Pilates, I recommend starting with a 1:1 Private session.
2 Person Duet Session
Share the love with a 2-person session (and have your bestie on hand for a coffee after the workout).
These classes are a great way to share the session with a partner yet still get personalised attention.

Get the most out of your Pilates practice with 2 sessions per week in this 10-week pack – running each school term. Available for Group Classes only.

Term Pack
Term Packs are valid for 2 scheduled Group Classes per week during the 10 weeks of the current school term (20 classes in total). We offer these Term Packs for each of the 4 terms of the NZ school year. The pack expires at the end of each term, i.e. unused classes don’t roll over to the next term.
We recommend booking in your classes early through our online booking system as we cannot guarantee your preferred class times will be available due to limited space per session, but don’t worry – if you’re ever waitlisted for a class and can’t get in because it’s full, we will give you a credit off the price of your next Term Pack.
How to find us
We are a home studio, located in 35 Mike Smith Drive, St Kilda, Cambridge NZ. You can come up the right of way, and we are the last house on the left.
Parking
Parking can get tight on the driveway with classes coming and going. If there are more than 3 cars on the driveway please park on Mike Smith Drive so others can get out.
What to bring
Wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to move in, and socks are required for all classes. Bring a towel if needed, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
